Booking Terms and Conditions

Prices and Availability

We accept bookings starting and ending on any day of the week.

Please note our apartments are not suitable for babies or children under 18 years old

All prices include

* WIFI

* Rent

* Heating, Electricity and Water

* Buildings Insurance

* Free Parking (subject to availability)

* Local VAT

Note: Guests who are working or studying in Bad Ischl may be able to register as residents or temporary residents and will not need to pay tourist tax

We take a security deposit for every booking. The security deposit is dependent on the length of contract and is equivalent to 1 - 3 month’s rental


Payments

The apartments may be reserved by bank transfer.

Payments are due as follows:

To confirm booking                               €250 non-refundable deposit

10 days before arrival                            Balance of the 1st month’s rent + security deposit

For bookings of over 1 month              Monthly payment every 30 days.

We operate a 30 day cancellation policy and details are below

Cancellations 

Cancellations need to be notified to us in writing ( fax, email or letter). 

Cancellation charge: 

Up to 30 days before travel  €250 

Within 30 days of travel and during stay 100%

We recommend that you take out Travel Insurance, to cover you in the event of a need to cancel your stay.

 

Information

 

For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests we ask that you follow a few simple rules.

* No Smoking 

There is no smoking in the apartment or on the balcony.

* No Pets 

We love animals ,but understand that not everyone is happy around them, so pets are not allowed in our apartments

* House Rules 

All apartment buildings in Austria have house rules which residents agree to. The rules are sensible and  designed to ensure that everyone can live in comfort in the building. We can supply a copy of the house rules on request.

* Service Levels 

Our Apartments offer fully self-contained accommodation allowing guests the ability to live like they would at home ; self-cater and without the daily disturbance of housekeepers. The apartments are cleaned for guests' arrival. During your stay the apartment is not serviced. At the end of your stay we ask that guests' return the apartment in a clean condition with all rubbish and personal items removed from the apartment.
